If you have antiques, paintings, etc, get them appraised now and take photos of them. Place those appraisal papers and photos, in a safe deposit box, stash them at a friends or relatives home.

Every area (just about) in the US has experienced a flood at one time or another. That’s why private insurance company’s, bailed out of covering flood damage years ago. The only place you’ll get that coverage, is from the federal government. If your in a flood plain or near one, you’ll pay a bit for the coverage. If your well outside of a flood plain, the coverage could be be as little as $325 per year.

Next get an accurate appraisal of the house. Do not go by the tax assessors estimate of your homes value.

Pay extra for replacement value coverage, it’s more expensive but if you have a major claim, the insurance company won’t depreciate your loss as much as an average policy.

I learned that one the hard way after a fire. The insurance company raked me over the coals with depreciation’s. For example: I had a color TV that I paid $500 for and I had it for four years. The insurance company depreciated everything 10% for each year of age. So I got a check for a couple hundred bucks. Try to buy a comparable TV for like $300, can’t do it. Now imagine that happening to everything you own.

Get the highest deductible you can afford and you should be well on your way, to having proper coverage and protection.

Good luck

Is it normal to feel insecure?

i must say that you have got a diamond in form of your husband as its is extremely extremely rare to find men who are so open minded and mature. and yes you are absolutely wrong in saying that he’s is wrong. if i were in your place i’d still believe my partner and you know what […]

i must say that you have got a diamond in form of your husband
as its is extremely extremely rare to find men who are so open minded and mature.
and yes you are absolutely wrong in saying that he’s is wrong. if i were in your place i’d still believe my partner

and you know what you are only beautiful from outside but your man is much more beautiful from you from the inside. just think of the fact how much he loves you. if he was any other man he could have just end up abusing you just because of the fact that you are beautiful (trust me these cases do exist ). but he still loves you from the bottom of his heart .

just think how you are reciprocating his love ” by suspecting him”. don’t you think this is wrong

come on don’t lay the foundation of destruction of your relationship by suspecting him. if you continue doing so in the end i will be you who will be at a loss. and dear this will be a loss of life time

so please take a chill pill continue loving him

First one that comes to mind is a software package available from X10.com, though the software there tends to be designed for use with x10 products, as well as other software packages.

Second is a generic term known as Frame Grabber. This used to refer only to hardware, but now there are many programs capable of recording, archiving, as well as alerting on changes in video. The list is long, but a google search will yield many hits for you to ponder. The frame grabber software packages will probably tend to work with any video source, since most will use the Video For Windows driver model (Windows 9x), or a WDM (Windows Driver Model, Windows 2K, XP). Be careful about running a piece of software designed for Win9X under XP, XP may not like the Video For Windows components the software may try to install.

Can U answer this about assets & alimony?

FIRST OF ALL, alimony (or spousal support) is an award by the court to allow the disadvantaged party to enjoy the lifestyle they would have had had the marriage remained intact. it does NOT depend on length of the marriage. In your silly scenario, neither partner would have a showing of disadvantage therefore spousal support is a moot point.

As to YOUR assets, they remain separate property unless you convert them within the two days to marital assets. one way of doing this would be if you refinanced YOUR home and she is required to sign the mortgage. Although the deed may remain in your name, the asset is now marital property and the difference in equity from the conversion can be considered during property settlements.

So, how much do you think two days of equity is worth?

What is the minimum cage size for a pair of pet mice? (2 males)?

A critter trail cage is too small for the two mice and that could have caused the fighting. Ideally, the cage itself is almost too small for one mouse (in my opinion). Although they say that a 10 gallon tank can hold up to 4 mice, its not recommended. Male mice will fight for dominance, […]

A critter trail cage is too small for the two mice and that could have caused the fighting. Ideally, the cage itself is almost too small for one mouse (in my opinion). Although they say that a 10 gallon tank can hold up to 4 mice, its not recommended. Male mice will fight for dominance, so a larger cage helps to stop this. You can easily get a 10 gallon tank for around $10. You could get some of the critter trail tubes and have them connect from the cage into a 10 gallon tank (just make sure it has a tight fitting lid!).
If you connect the two with tubes it allows the two mice to be able to be together, but to also have their seperate time and space. If you dont want to do it this way, get another critter trail mini cage and connect those two, that way it will give you double of everything which will also help to minimize the fighting (such as over food, water, the wheel etc).
Hope this helps.

I’ve been drinking Jack Daniels for about five years now. Why does it still taste nasty? What about aquired?

Under the existing arrangements, Chinese residents of Taiwan have to apply for entry permits (i.e. Taiwan Visit Permits ) for visits to Hong Kong. Applications for single-journey or multiple-journey Taiwan Visit Permits must be submitted through the authorised airlines in Taiwan to the Immigration Department for processing. Single Taiwan Visit Permits are valid for 3 months and good for a stay of up to 90 days. Multiple Taiwan Visit Permits are valid for either 1 year (regular-size) or 3 years (jumbo-size), both good for a stay of 14 days on each landing.
